Better Together

Opšti ciljevi:

  1. Priprema mladih da postanu aktivni građani, da osmisle zajedničku, solidarnu i demokratsku evropsku budućnost
  2. Podići svest među mladim ljudima, vaspitačima i omladinskim radnicima o važnosti stvaranja participativne kulture u cilju podrške mladima u osmišljavanju sopstvene budućnosti.
  3. Razvijanje alata za približavanje tolerancije i poštovanja prema mladim Evropljanima, posebno onima koji pate od posledica pandemijske krize i njenog budućeg ekonomskog pitanja kao ključa za stvaranje budućih generacija posvećenih Evropljana.

Ukupno trajanje projekta je 18 meseci, odnosno od 1. januara 2022. do 1. avgusta 2023. godine. Kada će obuka biti održana još nije poznato, ali je planirano da to bude na jesen 2022. godine i trajaće 5 dana.

Lokalne aktivnosti i radionice koje će se realizovati u periodu od 13 meseci i fokusiraće se na podršku mladima da osmisle rešenja za društvene probleme u svojim zajednicama pateći design thinking metodologiju i neformalni vid učenja. To je srž našeg projekta jer će ovo biti mesto gde se odvija rad sa mladima i transformiše se u digitalno

  • Broj radionica u svakoj zemlji: koliko je potrebno (u periodu od 13 meseci)
  • Broj projekata postavljenih na platformu: 20 po zemlji

Pet multiplikativnih događaja – implementiranih u svakoj partnerskoj zemlji.

  • Multiplikatorski događaji će se realizovati istog dana u svim partnerskim zemljama, biće organizovani na način koji želi svaki partner promoter, ali će svi biti povezani na virtuelni način kako bi svi učesnici koji su uključeni u projekat stupili u kontakt sa stvarnim protagonistima, mladim ljudima. Multiplikatorske događaje će struktuirati i organizovati svi projektni timovi partnera, ali će sadržaj i prezentacije formirati sami mladi ljudi koji će predstaviti svoje projekte obezbeđujući maksimalno učešće sa njihove strane.
  • Onlajn platforma kao intelektualni rezultat. IO ne vidimo samo kao rezultat, već i kao aktivnost u kojoj su svi partneri uključeni u proces učenja. Intelektualni rezultat projekta je interaktivna onlajn platforma. Onlajn platforma će biti kreirana da podrži mlade ljude da učestvuju u digitalnim omladinskim radnim aktivnostima, da izraze socijalna pitanja koja se nalaze u njihovim lokalnim zajednicama, da se konsultuju i konsultuju sa drugim mladim Evropljanima i da zajedno pronađu rešenja. Partnerski promoteri će raditi sa grupama mladih ljudi u svojim zemljama tokom lokalnih aktivnosti i definisati probleme/pitanja u njihovoj lokalnoj stvarnosti. Ta pitanja će biti postavljena na onlajn platformu, a partneri će realizovati najmanje 20 projekata o društvenim pitanjima.

General aims:

  1. Preparing young people to become active citizens, to design a common, solidary and democratic European future
  2. To raise awareness among young people, educators and youth workers, about the importance of creating a participatory culture in order to support young people in designing their own future.
  3. Developing a tool to bring closer tolerance and respect to young Europeans, especially those suffering the effects of the pandemic crisis and its future economic issue as keys to create future generations of committed Europeans.

The total duration of the project is 18 months, more precisely from 1st January 2022. until 1st August 2023.

When the training will be held is not identified yet, but it is planned for it to be in fall 2022, and it will last for 5 days.

  • Local activities & workshops that will be implemented in a period of 13 months and will focus in supporting young people to design solutions on societal problems in their communities following the Design Thinking and Non Formal Learning Methodology. It is the core of our project since this will be the place where grassroot youth work is happening and it is transforming into digital
  • Number of workshops on each country: As many as needed (during a 13 month period)
  • Number of Project uploaded in the platform: 20 per country

Five multiplier events – implemented in each partner country.

  • The multiplier events will be implemented the same day in all partner countries, they will be organized in the way that each partner promoter wish but they will all be connected in a virtual way so all participants involved in the project will get in touch with the actual protagonists, here the young people. The multiplier events will be structured and organised by all partners project team but the content and presentations will be formed by the young people themselves that will showcase their projects ensuring maximum participation from their side.
  • An online platform as an Intellectual Output. We are not seeing the IO only as a result, but also as an activity in which process all partners are involved in a learning process. The Intellectual Output of the project is an interactive online platform. The online platform will be created to support young people to participate in digital youth work activities, to express social issues finding in their local communities, to consult and be consulted by other young Europeans and to find together solutions. Partner promoters will work with groups of young people in their countries during the local activities and will define problems/issues in their local reality. Those issues will be uploaded on the online platform. Partners will deliver at least 20 projects on social issues.
